The self-adhesive 3M squeegee sleeve was specially designed for standard squeegees with an edge length of approx. 7 cm. This is an indispensable tool, especially when working with 3M films from the 2080 series, to gently apply the film to the object to be covered.
Due to the "velvet-like" surface made of microfiber, a higher contact pressure can be exerted with the squeegee, which is equipped with a squeegee sleeve, than with conventional squeegees. This is absolutely necessary with Controlltac adhesive and makes the microfiber squeegee sleeve from 3M an inexpensive and extremely effective tool that should not be missing in any film application.
