In principle, you can order from Foliencenter24 online, by post, by telephone or by fax. Please note that the first order must be placed in writing (either online, by email, by post or by fax). The quickest and most convenient way to order is in our online store. We explain how here:
1. Prepare the item of your choice for purchase.
Have you found the item you want in our online store? Then you can "prepare" the item with various options for your purchase:

Cut to size? No problem. Simply use the "Cutting options" button to enter your desired dimensions.

Questions about the product? You can send us questions about the product directly from the article page at any time. Please use the "Questions about the product" button.

Compare articles? You can compare the technical details of all items directly in the overview.

Available denominations?: After clicking "Add to cart", you may receive a suggestion to order an item in a denomination at a discounted price. Choose the denomination that suits you best, or simply order the fabric by the meter.
2. Add the article to your shopping cart:
Have you found the product(s) you want to buy and gone through step 1? Then you can mark your selection for the order process by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. Items in the shopping cart can be changed at any time until the order is sent. To do this, simply click on the quantity display and change the quantity. To do this, simply click on the wastebasket symbol behind the item to delete the item you do not want. Click on "Continue to order" to proceed to the actual ordering process.
3 Ordering process: billing and delivery address
If you already have a customer account and have not yet logged in, please log in with your e-mail address and password. Your saved addresses will then be loaded. Optionally, please select whether you would like to order as a guest or register with a new customer account. Now enter your billing address and (if different) your shipping address. Please ensure that your address details are spelled correctly. Please do not use abbreviations. This can lead to delays in processing your order. Please confirm by clicking on "I am not a robot" to identify you as a real user. This serves to technically secure the order process against unauthorized access. Please click on "Submit customer data" to proceed to the next order process.
4. Select shipping method and payment method
Enter your desired shipping method and select your desired payment method. In some cases, additional options are displayed here, such as neutral packaging. Select one or more additional options if desired. Click on "Continue with order" to proceed to the order summary.
7. Finalize your order in the summary
Check the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Make sure that all details are correct. You have the option to leave a comment on your order. Please note that unresolved comments may delay the processing of your order. By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of your order will then be sent by automated e-mail.
