ImagePerfect™ EverGreen 9500 Signage Film is suitable for a wide range of indoor and mid-term outdoor applications on flat and slightly curved surfaces. Designed for signage applications, these films combine the handling, flexibility and durability of traditional films with environmental protection. The film is 100% PVC-free, easy to cut and weed and features an advanced water-based adhesive. This is 100% solvent free and creates a strong end bond to ensure a safe, stable and durable surface. As with other PVC-free films with a water-based adhesive system, this product range may leave adhesive resid ue. These adhesive residues can be easily neutralized with commercially available adhesive removers and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

The plotter films are compatible with latex and UV digital printing technologies. ImagePerfect™ EverGreen can be used to create durable motifs with excellent color brilliance that ensure a high advertising impact.

ImagePerfect™ EverGreen signage films set new standards in the use of environmentally friendly materials. The self-adhesive films were developed with a unique holistic environmental compatibility concept in mind, which takes into account not only the films themselves but also the adhesive, lamination and packaging of the rolls. The 100% recycled backing material consists of an FSC-certified base paper with a fossil-free LDPE coating, which enables excellent flatness. The roll caps are made from 100% recycled, FSC-certified cardboard and 100% recycled LDPE; the cores are made from 100% recycled cardboard, which is 100% recyclable. The plastic bag is made of 100% biodegradable polyethylene and the packaging is made of natural cardboard without chemical bleaching, which comes from FSC-certified plantations. The films themselves are made from polyolefin, which is free from toxins and can be easily recycled.

IP EverGreen 9500 is manufactured in the Eikon factory in the UK, using only raw materials from Europe to minimize the carbon footprint. For installation, we recommend an application temperature of no less than 10°C.

Transfer of adhesives: As with other PVC-free products on the market, IP EverGreen may leave adhesive residue when the film is peeled back from the substrate. The amount of adhesive transfer can vary depending on the environment, substrate used, lifespan of printed materials applied, specific product, etc., but can be easily removed with ImagePerfect™ Surface Cleaner Pro.

Recommendations:

• Spray ImagePerfect™ Surface Cleaner Pro onto the adhesive residue and leave it to work for 15 seconds
• Remove the adhesive residue with a squeegee
• Then spray ImagePerfect™ Surface Cleaner Pro onto the substrate
• Wipe off immediately with a clean cloth.
