ORACAL® Glass Design Film 8500 Translucent Cal Series
ORACAL® 8500 Translucent Cal film is a translucent PVC film that has a uniform coloration when backlit and transilluminated. This makes ORACAL® 8500 Translucent Cal film ideal for the production of high-quality illuminated advertising and for the design of backlit acrylic glass and glass surfaces, as well as translucent stretched fabrics. The silk matt surface of the ORACAL® 8500 Translucent Cal film series avoids unwanted reflections and is suitable for processing on cutting plotters. The silicone board, coated on one side and weighing 137 g per square meter, ensures easy weeding. A light blue silicone board is used for the white film in order to achieve a stronger contrast to the lettering. The ORACAL® 8500 Translucent Cal film has a permanent solvent polyacrylate adhesive.
