Orafol ORALITE® VC 612 Flexibright™ is a high-quality, hard-wearing, weather-resistant marking film that impresses with its high durability and weather resistance. The reflective film has been specially developed for use on emergency vehicles.
This film can be punched and plotted very simply and easily and can be easily applied to smooth, painted and unpainted vehicle surfaces. The flexible marking film is particularly user-friendly. Individual segments can be easily removed.
Compared to other prismatic films, a significantly lower number of individual cuts is required. ORALITE® VC 612 Flexibright™ consists of reflective microprisms applied to a flexible, tough, weather- and UV-resistant polymer film with a smooth surface.
Processing instructions: The material must be applied at an air and surface temperature between 10° C and 28° C to ensure good adhesion. Surfaces must be clean and free of grease, oil and dirt.
Before the material is applied, the substrate should be cleaned with a cloth soaked in isopropanol or a similar cleaning agent. If air bubbles form under the material, these can be removed by carefully pricking the air bubble with a squeegee. Edge sealing is not necessary.
The product must be used within one year of the delivery date. All rolls, including leftovers, must be stored tightly wound in the original packaging.
