Poli-Flex® Turbo® is a new type of polyurethane transfer film that can be transferred quickly and gently at a low temperature thanks to the hot-melt adhesive, thus achieving the best results.Thanks to the low processing temperature, which is gentle on the material, this flex film is ideal for transferring to textiles such as cotton, polyester, unimpregnated nylon, polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic blends. A suitability test must be carried out in advance for nylon fabrics with an impregnation. With the exception of the colors 4920 Gold Metallic, 4930 Silver Metallic and the neon colors (4903, 4940-4943), the Poli-Flex® Turbo® series can be pressed on top of each other. Please press the final, upper layer at 150 °C for 10 seconds and remove the PET carrier film slightly cooler than usual.

The Poli-Flex® Turbo® flex film can be used to label and customize T-shirts, jerseys, sports and leisure wear, sports bags and other fan articles with ease. The flex film can be cut with all commercially available plotters, whereby the use of a 45° tangential blade is recommended. For simple shapes, a 45° drag blade can also be used. The speed of the plotter should be adjusted and slowed down. Difficulties with weeding may arise with small shapes, so make sure the size is appropriate for the design of the graphic.

After weeding, place the graphic on the substrate and transfer it using a transfer press. We recommend 130°C for 5 seconds, 150°C for 4 seconds or 160°C for 3 seconds (cotton). Use a Teflon foil or silicone paper to prevent the graphic from sticking to the top plate. The PET liner should be removed warm (lukewarm for neon colors). The film can be washed up to approx. +60°C with the graphic side facing inwards - however, it is not suitable for tumble drying. The soft, rubber-elastic transfer film offers a pleasant textile feel and is extremely comfortable to wear.

Poli-Flex® Turbo® flex film impresses with its excellent opacity and the self-adhesive PET film enables easy repositioning of the plotted motifs. The raw materials used are ecologically safe and free from PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals (certified according to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

Note: Due to the influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the material properties of the carrier materials and the washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can understandably only apply to the unprocessed material. We recommend carrying out a test on the respective substrate/textile.

Good reasons for the Poli-Flex® Turbo® series:

• Can be pressed on top of each other (exceptions: 4920 Gold Metallic, 4930 Silver Metallic and the neon colors 4903, 4940-4943).
• Oeko-Tex certified Standard 100, product class 1 (free from chemicals such as plasticizers, PVC and heavy metals).
• Washable up to +60°C (neon colors up to +40°C).
• Heat-activated hot-melt adhesive.
• Can be cut with the most common plotters on the market.
