Poli-Tape® Tubitherm Flock Film Color Chart

Poli-Tape® Tubitherm® PLT flock film is a high-quality, heat-sealable flock film based on viscose or polyamide fibers. It delivers excellent results with a soft, velvety feel and outstanding color brilliance. The raw materials used in this film are ecologically safe and free from PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals (certified according to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

Poli-Tape® Tubitherm® PLT flock film can be cut to a sharp contour and can be weeded easily without tearing off the material if the remaining mesh is removed quickly. The flock film can be used for high-quality marking of textiles such as sportswear, leisurewear and workwear as well as substrates for advertising. Tubitherm® PLT flock film can be cut with most commercially available plotters, although the use of a flock knife (60°) is recommended. The plotter speed should be adjusted and slowed down. Difficulties with weeding may occur with small shapes, so you should choose an appropriate size for the graphic design.

The Poli-Tape® Tubitherm® offers optimum flatness thanks to the adhesive backing. After weeding, the cut flock film is transferred using a transfer press. The PET film must be removed warm (hot-peel) after the thermal transfer. It is then recommended to repress the transfer with the same parameters (approx. 2 seconds).

The flock film has an impressive wash resistance of 60°C and is resistant to dry cleaning. Poli-Tape® Tubitherm® PLT flock film can be transferred to cotton, cotton/polyester blended fabrics as well as natural and synthetic fabrics and offers excellent adhesion.

Important: Nylon fabrics and fabrics with a water-repellent impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.

The flock film will only adhere securely and permanently if the specified temperature and pressure conditions for the heat transfer are adhered to. We recommend carrying out an application test on original materials. Due to the various influences resulting from the production and transfer of the transfer film, the nature of the materials and the resistance to washing and cleaning, product liability can only apply to unprocessed materials.
