Poli-Tape® Poli-Flex® Premium is an ecologically safe flex film made of polyurethane. The flex film impresses with a high-quality matt, reflection-free surface. Poli-Tape® Poli-Flex® Premium flex film is suitable for transfer to textiles such as cotton, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/acrylic.
T-shirts, jerseys, sports and leisure clothing, sports bags and fan articles such as flags and pennants can be labeled with Poli-Flex® Premium flex film. Poli-Tape® Poli-Flex® Premium flex film can be cut with all commercially available plotters. The use of a standard knife (45°) is recommended. After weeding, the cut flex film is transferred using a transfer press. A temperature of 160°C for 15 seconds is recommended.
The soft, rubber-elastic transfer film offers a pleasant textile feel and is extremely comfortable to wear. Poli-Tape® Poli-Flex® Premium flex film also impresses with its excellent opacity. The self-adhesive PET film makes it possible to reposition the plotted motifs. The raw materials used are ecologically safe and free from PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals.
With the exception of the metallic and neon colors, the Poli-Tape® Poli-Flex® Premium flex film series can be pressed on top of each other.
Note:
The PET liner must be removed while warm. For NEON colors, the liner must be removed lukewarm. Nylon fabrics and fabrics with a water-repellent impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. The flex film can only be securely and permanently anchored if the specified temperature and pressure conditions for the heat transfer are adhered to.
An application test on original materials is recommended.
