Cad-Cut® Flock from Stahls is a soft, velour-like textile printing film. Due to the long and dense flock fibers, this textile film has high opacity, excellent color brilliance and a soft, velvety feel. Equipped with a back-adhesive backing, even the finest detail can be cut and weeded effortlessly. Cad-Cut Flock can be applied to cotton, polyester as well as polyester-cotton blended fabrics.
In addition to its excellent quality and opacity, users especially appreciate the ease of installation and maintenance of Stahls Cad-Cut Flock transfer film. As with all textile films, you should test the cutting settings of your plotter before printing on the Cad-Cut Flock textile film. These are highly dependent on the age of the blade used and should always be set individually for each transfer ribbon for an ideal result. In addition, we recommend that you only plot logos with a minimum line thickness of 1.5 mm.
