The Cad-Cut® Premium Plus Sublistop from Stahls is a classic and durable flex film with an adhesive polyester backing. The flex film is characterized by high opacity and a matt surface finish and is particularly suitable for large motifs due to its soft feel. Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop is provided with a sublimation barrier layer so that there is no risk of the polyester ink "bleeding through" onto the film. The Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop flex film also impresses with its easy cutting and weeding. Due to the wide range of colors and its easy application with maximum opacity, the transfer film is ideal for multi-colored prints on cotton, polyester & polyester-cotton blended fabrics, polyester mesh, satin and spandex blended fabrics.
Proofing & care instructions for Stahl's Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop
In addition to its outstanding quality and opacity, users particularly appreciate the easy installation and care of the Stahls Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop transfer film. As with all textile films, you should also test the cutting settings of your plotter before printing the Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop textile film. These are highly dependent on the age of the blade used and should always be set individually for each transfer film to ensure ideal results. We also recommend that you only plot logos with a minimum line thickness of 2 mm.
Printing instructions for Stahl's Cad-Cut transfer film:
- Temperature: 130° C / 150° C
- Time: 10 sec. / 5 sec.
- Pressure: Medium
- (#4-6 with Hotronix®)
- Carrier: Hot peel
For multi-colored motifs, print the background for 3-5 seconds and peel off the backing of the transfer film cold. Repeat this process for each additional color. Ideally, print the last color for 18-20 seconds before finally peeling off the backing hot.
Care instructions:
- Washable up to 60° C
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach
- Suitable for tumble drying on a gentle setting
- Can be ironed over directly.
