The Cad-Cut® Premium Plus Sublistop from Stahls is a classic and durable flex film with a polyester backing. The flex film is characterized by high opacity and a matt surface finish and is particularly suitable for large motifs due to its soft feel. Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop is equipped with a sublimation barrier layer, so the Risk of polyester ink "bleeding through" onto the film is minimized. In addition, Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop flex film inspires with easy cutting & weeding. Due to the wide range of colors and its easy application with maximum opacity, the transfer film is ideal for multicolor press proofs on cotton, polyester & polyester-cotton blended fabrics, polyester mesh, satin and spandex blended fabrics.
Printing & Care Instructions for Stahl's Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop
In addition to its excellent quality and opacity, users especially appreciate the ease of installation and maintenance of Stahls Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop transfer film. As with all textile films, you should test the cutting settings of your plotter before printing on the Cad-Cut Premium Plus Sublistop textile film. These are highly dependent on the age of the blade used and should always be set individually for each transfer ribbon for an ideal result. Furthermore, we recommend that you only plot logos with a minimum line thickness of 2 mm.
Printing instructions for Stahl's Cad-Cut transfer ribbon:
- Temperature: 130° C / 150° C
- Time: 10 sec. / 5 sec.
- Pressure: Medium
- (#4-6 for Hotronix®)
- Carrier: Hot peel
For multi-color motifs, print on the background for 3-5 seconds and pull off the transfer ribbon carrier Cold. Repeat this process for each additional color. Ideally, print the last color for 18-20 seconds before finally hot peeling the carrier.
Care instructions:
- Washable up to 60° C.
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach
- Tumble dry on gentle setting
- Can be ironed over directly.
