This practical wrapping aid is the perfect tool for wrapping furniture parts or smaller pieces of furniture all round. This device significantly reduces processing times.

The basic version of the 360 Racer has four wooden anti-slip pads with foam rubber overlays. These pads run on metal rails and can be fixed at any distance from each other. This allows workpieces of different sizes to be placed on the turntable without slipping and rotated through 360 degrees. The turntable has a locking mechanism that fixes it at a distance of 22.5 degrees if required. The 360 Racer can also be turned around to process larger pieces of furniture or panels: The square base plate is also covered with anti-slip material and can therefore also be used as a turntable.

In addition to wrapping small pieces of furniture and furniture parts, the 360 Racer can also be used to process sign blanks. For this purpose, we offer separate rubber suction cups in two different sizes, which are attached to the metal rails instead of the non-slip pads. The smaller SuctionCups are particularly suitable for softer panel materials such as Dibond and Forex, while the larger SuctionCups HD hold rigid panels made of glass, wood and metal securely on the rotating frame. The suction cups are each available as a 4-pack, and there are also various sets consisting of the 360Racer basic model with anti-slip pads and either the small or large SuctionCups.
