The Yellotools ProWrap 360 squeegee can be used with all sides. The standard 76mm long wide surfaces ensure the usual working method, and the different side surfaces can be used for special tasks.
The left-hand side not only enables a permanent 30° position, the flattening of the squeegee lip also makes it possible to transfer the entire squeegee surface to the complete rounding with even contact pressure. This feature enables the film to be inserted deep behind rubber seals or headlight housings.
The right-hand side is rounded at the top and bottom towards the wide surface in order to guarantee a smooth transition during the coating movement and thus prevent damage to the surfaces.
The rounded and flattened tip on the right-hand side allows rubber seals to be lifted before or during squeegeeing and is perfect for applying film in joints and beads lengthwise in one movement. Here too, the 30° angle ensures crease-free results. The squeegee also has gripping surfaces and a center finder for quick positioning of the squeegee.
Hardness grade:
- Green (40 Shore D): very soft and flexible; for curved, round surfaces such as mudguards, mirror caps, helmets, etc.
- Gold (72 Shore D): medium soft; the classic for all advertising applications
- Teflon (89 Shore D): very hard, refined with Teflon technology; high sliding properties; for use on seals and window frames (cutting and doctoring)
