Squeegee covers or edge protectors are simply indispensable in many applications. Whether as scratch protection of the film surface or as slip reinforcement, different fabric variants are used.
In response to many customer requests, Yellotools has once again rethought its product range. In addition to the proven, thin coating variants "SlimSkin", which offer direct contact with the foil, a padded variant "BigBuffer" is also available. This padded variant is particularly suitable for wet bonding ON the film surface. Otherwise, as with so many inserts, the use of "SlimSkin" OR "BigBuffer" should be chosen according to personal preference. Besides the different shapes for 4, 5 or 6 inch squeegee sizes, special shapes are also available for the Yellotools AllStar squeegee as well as for the popular Yellotools CarWrap squeegee "Betty".
Fabric choices include 5 different materials:
- Felt - felt cover for all coarse-pored surfaces.
- Microfiber fabric, suitable for many smooth surfaces
- Microfine - finer surface structure for sensitive films
- Poly - The elastic polymer is extremely resilient and very durable.
- Teflon - This wing increases the gliding properties of your squeegee many times over
